The Spinnaker website is maintained and updated as approved by the Executive Board. Oversight is provided by the President. The web master is Ken Payne.
Site maintenance primarily entails the technical aspects of receiving content and ensuring that it is accurately entered onto the website and that the linkages are operational. Recommendations for site changes should be provided to the Board in writing, citing, if appropriate, the pros and cons of the proposed changes.
